TenderMetro processes account data and tender research activity to run the platform. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
- Account data: name, work email and workspace settings, used to give you access and support
- Usage data: searches, saved views and pipeline records, stored so your workspace persists
- Emails: alerts and digests only, controlled from your notification settings at any time
- Tender and award records come from public and licensed sources, not from your private data
- We never sell your data; your pipeline and saved searches stay private to your workspace
- Requests to export or delete your account data: admin@tendermetro.com
AI and your data
TenderMetro AI answers questions using public tender records and the workspace content you choose to share in a conversation.
Your searches, pipeline, files and conversations are never used to train AI models, ours or our providers'.
AI requests are processed by our AI provider only to return the answer, under contract terms that forbid retention for training.
How long we keep data
Account and workspace data: for as long as your account is open, then deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
Archived team workspaces: recoverable for 30 days, then deleted.
Email delivery logs: 12 months. Security and sign-in logs: 12 months.
Billing records: as long as tax law requires, normally up to 7 years.
Subprocessors
Cloud hosting and database: Lovable Cloud (EU/US infrastructure).
Email delivery: Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France).
Payments: PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.
AI processing: the Lovable AI gateway and its model providers.
Your rights
Download your data at any time from Settings → Security and your data.
Delete your account from Settings; workspace owners hand over shared workspaces first.
For any other request, email admin@tendermetro.com and we reply within 30 days.
